The people who cared about Benevides Machado showed up to Swift's last stop in Brazil, São Paulo, on November 26. This family of five reportedly got to meet Swift and pose for a group photo with her. This photo and a video of them enjoying the show from a VIP tent at Allianz Parque stadium were later widely shared on X(formerly Twitter).

On Sunday, Taylor Swift went to see Ana Clara Benevides' family to show her sorrow. The fan, who was 23 years old, died from the heat at an Eras Tour show in Rio de Janeiro. A week later, her family and friends went to Swift's event in São Paulo and posed for a group picture with the singer.
The picture seemed to show Ana Clara's family and friends getting together for a picture while wearing T-shirts with her face on them. A video that was shared online also seemed to show the family members at the Nov. 26 event standing in a VIP area.
Brazil's Folha de S.Paulo says that the family watched the show on Sunday from a VIP area after meeting the singer. The Washington Post says that Swift called Benevides' family after she died and gave her parents a gift, citing a person close to the singer.
They went nine days after Ana Clara went to Swift's show at Rio de Janeiro's Nilton Santos Stadium on November 17. Time for Fun (T4F)organizers said in a statement that Ana Clara "felt unwell and was promptly attended to" by first responders. She was "being taken to the medical center at the Nilton Saltos Stadium for first aid protocol."
Swift had already talked about Benevides Machado's death in a sad Instagram Story post she made soon after she died.
I can’t believe I’m writing these words but it is with a shattered heart that I say we lost a fan earlier tonight before my show. I can’t even tell you how devastated I am by this. There’s very little information I have other than the fact that she was so incredibly beautiful and far too young.- Taylor Swift
I’m not going to be able to speak about this from stage because I feel overwhelmed by grief when I even try to talk about it. I want to say now I feel this loss deeply and my broken heart goes out to her family and friends. This is the last thing I ever thought would happen when we decided to bring this tour to Brazil.- Taylor Swift
When Swift got back, she celebrated Benevides Machado with an emotional performance of "Bigger Than the Whole Sky." She then canceled her next show.

Last Words

Ana Clara Benevides was a fan of Taylor Swift's who sadly died at one of her recent concerts. Swift has met with her family. The moment happened when the pop star went to see the fan's family right before her show in São Paulo, Brazil, yesterday (November 26). It was the latest stop on her "Eras" South American tour.
Benevides passed away after having a heart attack at Swift's show in Rio de Janeiro earlier this month. She was only 23 years old. It came after temperatures in Brazil hit over 100 degrees (38 Celsius) that day. Later, videos went viral of Swift stopping her show to make sure fans had water.
