Rep. John Tierney (D-Mass.) gets Brian McNamee to establish on the record that he wasn’t truthful to federal investigators during the compilation of the Mitchell Report. McNamee lied about the number of times he injected Clemens and Chuck Knoblauch, “in part to protect these players.”

Tierney also brought up how McNamee deceived police in 2001 when he was accused of rape.
