Tom Brady And Gisele Bündchen’s Iron-clad Prenup Finally Revealed
In recent report, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s ‘iron-clad’ prenup was finally revealed. Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen's divorce was able to be finalized in a relatively short amount of time because they had "an iron-clad prenup."
The prenuptial agreement made it possible for the couple to quickly divide their assets despite the fact that both the gridiron great and the supermodel are independently extremely wealthy.
For well over a decade, National Football League quarterback Tom Brady and Victoria's Secret supermodel Gisele Bündchen have been in a fiery, whirlwind romance.
Brady and Bündchen, who have been married since 2007, have raised a close-knit family together while publicly and candidly supporting one another in both their professional and personal endeavors.

For better or worse, their romance has long been linked to Brady's NFL involvement, with Bündchen making numerous personal sacrifices over the years in support of her quarterback husband's football career.
Despite their long marriage, Brady's back-and-forth decisions about whether or not to retire from the NFL have recently put a strain on his relationship with Bündchen, according to sources.
Many people were surprised by Bündchen and Brady's quick divorce and custody agreement, but according to a new report, the reason it was so easy for the former couple to legally end their marriage was because they had a solid prenup all along.
Before they married in 2009, they signed a binding prenuptial agreement. They each have their own separate business entities, so the division of their wealth was not too difficult in the end. The only other significant factor was dividing their vast property portfolio.
Brady is estimated to be worth $333 million, while Bündchen is estimated to be worth $400 million. The football star is expected to keep their $17 million mansion, which is currently under construction on Miami's ritzy Indian Creek Island.
Meanwhile, the model is said to have purchased two additional homes in Miami for herself. On Monday's episode of his Sirius XM show Let's Go!, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback discussed the status of his and Bündchen's relationship following their divorce on Friday, as well as his current priorities.
I'm really focused on two things: taking care of my family, especially my children, and secondly, doing the best job I can to win football games, he said, adding that his 13-year divorce is very amicable.

He also hinted on last week's episode that an "immediate retirement" from football is no longer in his plans. According to a source close to the couple, the supermodel is handling the divorce process amicably.
Although Bündchen initially struggled with the breakup, "enough time has passed that she is settling in" and "dealing with issues that have been troubling her for a long time," the insider tells People.
The source also claims that Bündchen is not afraid to do things on her own because she has "lived her own life for years while Tom played football." The source also states that Bündchen's "main focus and priority" has always been their children.
Gisele is great with her children and radiates happiness when either one or both are around. After weeks of speculation, People confirms that the couple is planning a permanent split. "The settlement has been finalized," the source tells the outlet. "They've been working on the terms all along."
They filed and finalized their divorce on the same day, and agreed on joint custody of their two children. The ex-couple also issued separate statements about the split, which they shared on Instagram.
Bündchen stated, "Tom and I have finalized our divorce amicably, and we are grateful for our time together. My top priority has always been and will always be our children, whom I adore.
We will continue to co-parent in order to provide them with the love, care, and attention they so richly deserve. The decision to end a marriage is never easy, but we have grown apart, and while it is difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and wish Tom all the best in the future, she added.
Following multiple reports of serious relationship rifts, the two have hired divorce attorneys. They both have lawyers and are determining what a divorce will entail, who will get what, and how much money will be split.
Because both have been heavily involved in their children's lives, the two are likely to share joint custody of their son and daughter.
