This is the primary area to treat, but you may also be directed to treat nearby joints such as the knee and hip, or the elbow and shoulder. It's amazing how quickly Reiki can heal a sprain. A second session may be required at a later date.

Injuries In Sports

Reiki can be used to treat any type of sports injury. Placing your hands on or near the injured area is sufficient. For instance, I once injured my wrist while playing volleyball. Knowing Reiki, I took a step to the side of the court and gave Reiki to my wrist as my teammates took over my position. After only a few volleys, however, my wrist had healed sufficiently to allow me to continue playing and I was back in the game!

Not In A Good Mood

Life can be challenging at times, and you, your spouse, or your children may experience discomfort. This can occur as a result of emotional distress, excessive work, a lack of sleep, or other stressful situations. Occasionally, the individual will be unaware of why he or she is not feeling well.
