D.C. Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton recounts the long Clemens-McNamee friendship, bringing up Clemens helping McNamee’s sick son and buying his family Bruce Springsteen tickets.
She then ask Clemens about all the “horrendous things” McNamee has done- the 2001 allegations of rape, injecting Clemens’ wife with HGH without Clemens knowing it, using Clemens to advertise his training services without Clemens knowing, etc. She asks, “Why did you continue to employ him?” (And only turn on him after Mitchell Report)
