The Fix, which is run by the Washington Post’s Chris Cillizza, relied on nominations from readers to compile the list.
Minnesota came out for special acclaim for its “very active political blog culture”; only Florida had more sites mentioned.
The following Minnesota blogs also won a place on the list: Bluestem Prairie, Capitol View, Dump Bachmann, Hot Dish Politics, MinnPotus, Smart Politicsand True North.
