A day after oil spill claims administrator Kenneth Feinberg told Floridians he would be releasing his standards for determining who is eligible for claims, new state Chief Financial Office Jeff Atwater sent him a letter asking to weigh in on those standards as they’re being developed.

Atwater wrote that he wants to work with Feinberg, and let his office offer ways to improve the process and speed it up. #
