I’ve been unable to use Twitter all day, and I’ve foolishly blamed it on a DNS attack. Fred Thompson has another theory:

Back in June, a small group of “birthers” arrived in Washington and began handing out “grand jury presentments” to confused staff at congressional offices and federal buildings.
