‘Ayers’ Ad-Makers Accused of Lifting Copyrighted Footage

The filmmakers behind the 2002 documentary “The Weather Underground” have sent a “cease and desist” letter to the American Issues Project, which they say illegally used copyrighted footage from the film in its ad tying Sen.
