White House Unable to Stall on Executive Privilege
White House officials may have finally run out of ways to avoid testifying about the fired U.S. Attorneys scandal. District Court Judge Patrick Bates denied a Justice Dept. request to put a hold on his ruling barring executive branch employees from using executive privilege to skirt testifying before Congress.
