Reasonable people can differ about how much to cover Samuel “Joe the Plumber” Wurzelbacher, but the last time I spoke to him, he was speaking cryptically about a “new project” he would launch at the end of March. The project is now online: IRSVote.com.
It’s sort of self-explanatory, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t confusing.
