The BBC reports that it’s confirmed with the International Committee of the Red Cross that U.S. military officials in Afghanistan have notified it of a previously unacknowledged detention facility within the Bagram/Parwan prison:

I reported yesterday that Gen. Stanley McChrystal will probably testify next week about Afghanistan war strategy. It’ll be interesting to see if he faces questions about the so-called “black jail.”
