RNC To Launch Legal Challenges to McCain-Feingold

Slightly more than one week after Sen. John McCain’s presidential aspirations were dashed, probably for the last time, the Republican National Committee announced today it will file lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of McCain’s signature legislation — the 2002 Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act.
