In this article, I going to talk about natural treatment for hair loss and baldness. When my hair was falling out, I tried a whole bunch of products and wasted my money on most of them. However, I did find a few diamonds in the rough during this time. I posted a few of my experiences below. I hope you enjoy it.

Spironolactone

One of my friends is a bodybuilder, and sadly enough, he used steroids. One of the effects of his steroid use was a dramatic loss of hair. He told me that he and a lot of other bodybuilders use spironolactone to help treat their hair loss. This is because spironolactone helps to block the main chemical that is responsible for your hair follicle miniaturization, dihydrotestosterone.
When you apply Spiro to your scalp, this will help to block the dht chemical from getting a hold of your hair follicles. I bought it and it was in a liquid solution, sort of similar to Rogaine. It was a pretty bad experience because the smell of Spiro is awful. My head smelled so bad that I only ended up using it for a few days until I was looking for other options.

Propecia (Finasteride)

From my Spironolactone experience, I knew I wanted a DHT blocker, I just didn't want it smelling like my armpits after a long basketball game. My doctor told me that Propecia was a viable solution since it was a medical drug that blocks dht.
He also noted that I should be careful because Propecia was known to give negative libido effects. I didn't want to lose any more hair so I tried it anyway. I had great results since my hair had stopped falling out and was becoming a bit thicker.
Yet my doctor was right, any sort of sex drive I used to have vanished. I could achieve a full erection and when reading more on Propecia, I heard it causes impotence. It was a bit too much to handle so I looked for other options.

Best Option Herbal DHT Blocker

Although Propecia was for me, I felt like I was getting a bit closer to my goal of finding the right product. So I knew I wanted a DHT blocker, however, I wanted to find one that didn't give any side effects. I heard about Provillus as many people were raving about it on the internet. It's an herbal pill that blocks DHT just like Propecia, except it doesn't give any sexual side effects since it's all-natural. In fact, when I used it, I didn't experience any side effects at all.
I saw results just as well as Propecia, except without having to deal with any of the negative aspects of the drug. For this reason, Provillus was the best natural treatment for hair loss and baldness and I would definitely recommend anyone to look into using it.
