Here’s a follow up to my post yesterday on NY-23 Conservative Party candidate Doug Hoffman’s outside-of-the-district fundraising, which came in at a remarkable 95 percent. Today I crunched the Federal Election Commission numbers for Democratic candidate Bill Owens.
