The super delegate continues to evolve today with Marc Ambinder reporting that Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) has picked up the endorsement of Luisette Cabanas, a Puerto Rican superdelegate. Evidently Chelsea Clinton went all the way to Puerto Rico to get it!

Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) fired back with a superdelegate of her own this morning, gaining the backing of Pennsylvania AFL-CIO president Bill George.

Obama Picks Up Bingaman
New Mexico Sen. Jeff Bingaman endorsed Sen. Barack Obama today, bringing Obama’s superdelegate count to 242 to Clinton’s 264. (289 are still uncommitted.) Bingaman has served in the Senate for 26 years and is the chairman of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
