Barbara Tuchman could have written a sequel to her book, The March of Folly, focusing on the endless ineptitude of every aspect of his foreign policy. And just you wait til the evidence comes out that Bush was conned by Chalabi to help Iranian intel... oh, wait, it is out, but nobody's listening...
