The dream act is a reward for those who shouldn't even be here. Just because kids, students, whatever, didn't get caught right away doesn't give them the right to be rewarded.

Children having to suffer the consequences of their parents’ actions is simply a reality of life. It’s a sad fact that American taxpayers’ children suffer when their parents lose their jobs to foreign invaders. It’s sad that our children’s educations suffer because of the illegal immigrants who don’t speak English in our elementary schools and later have to compete with foreigners for the chance to attend our colleges. It’s sad that our children are in danger on our streets; my mother lost her only transportation because she just had liability insurance on her car which was totaled when a van-load of non-English-speakers ran a red light. The only thing they were able to communicate to her was, “No insurance” and “No brakes.” It’s sad that the police just let them drive away with no brakes. Judging from the size of the families foreigners have when they come to America and the fact that Los Angeles County alone mailed out $52 million in welfare checks to illegal immigrants for the month of July, I’d guess the majority of these children of foreigners here illegally have been living off the American taxpayer’s dime most of their lives. Since illegal immigrants have obviously abused our health care and welfare systems and openly admit to identity theft and obtaining falsified documents, I am strongly opposed to anything other than deportation at this point. They’ve worn out their welcome as far as I’m concerned, enriching their own country at the expense of our citizens for far too long.

The Dream Act is a absurd idea because there are already too few seats available in colleges, most State colleges deny entrance to over 50% of working class AMERICAN students that apply as is.
