‘Global Climate Disruption’ vs. ‘Global Warming’

The right-leaning blogosphere is having some fun today with White House science adviser John Holdren. He said last week that the term “global warming” oversimplifies the complexities at play when greenhouse gas emissions are released into the atmosphere. “Global climate disruption,” he said, is a better term.

Some have taken Holdren’s remarks as an opportunity to bash the Obama administration. Michelle Malkin, The Atlantic Wire notes, said: “An administration that goes out of its way to make terrorism sound less dangerous than it really is (i.e. ‘man-caused disaster’) makes the push to sell ‘global warming’ as more dangerous than it really is. Sounds like somebody’s starting to feel uncomfortable because the icecaps and Greenland ice sheets aren’t melting fast enough.”

Hm. Our Mombasa Messiah appoints this Luddite tool to be his “science czar,” and when his mouthpiece starts spouting about wanting to “de-develop the United States,” we're NOT supposed to bash the hell out of the Hopeful Changeling sitting criminally behind the Resolute desk in the Oval Office?

Plainly, the first thing Barry the Stoner chucked off that desk was Harry Truman's “The Buck Stops Here” sign.

Look, we understand. Really, we do.

Everything that our Fraudulence-in-Chief has done since he perjured himself in taking the oath of office (he never DID legally change his name back to “Barack Hussein Obama” after getting adopted as Barry Soetoro when he was a kid in Indonesia, did he?) has been designed to reduce this country to a howling wilderness.

John Holdren, like every other loyal follower of our Community Organizer masquerading as a legitimate president, is simply articulating policies designed to achieve that objective.

Like I said, we get it. It's not as if these bastiches haven't made it pikestaff-plain, right?

Though not an USA citizen, but do come from the homeland(???) of your esteemed(sic!) president, I applaud you take. We worry about the future of the USA under this leadership(???) and can only hope that one day we can see again some honest and informed leadership.

They learned nothing from New Coke. I would bet they thought it was some diabolical conspiracy from the executives, but in reality, rebranding is almost always fail.
