We need to be able to present evidence to grand juries ourselves. Common citizens should be able to contact an independent panel of grand jurors at all courthouses, state and federal. We should be able to turn in judges for misconduct, US Attorney, police officers, George W. Bush, anyone from the public or private sector.

The Grand Jury would then vote to have private investigators investigate the perps, or not. We the people need this check and balance back. Congressman Keith Ellison is proposing a Private Attorney General Bill to bolster Grand Juries. Other senators and congresspersons are starting to see the light to see the bill gets passed this January.

If you want more information, email me. If you want to know why we need one, google "Judencia"

They are political appointees who serve at the pleasure of the President. They can be fire for lots of reasons or no reason at all.

"Justice Dept. officials gave conflicting answers when the House and Senate judiciary committees inquired into the dismissal of the federal prosecutors, who normally serve four-year terms and are replaced at the start of an administration."

This is not true or if it were had they fire all USA there would be no scandal. Stoopid scandal mongering out of whole cloth.

Connecticut is a target rich environment for federal prosecutions for public corruption, yet Nora D. seems to have dropped the ball. Connecticut might have more embedded, rampant corruption than Louisiana ever did.

So, it is suspect that a US Attorney from Connecticut is supposed to get any kind of justice in the US Attorney firing scandal.

If you read Connecticut newspapers for any length of time, you think "God, why would anyone have anyone from Connecticut involved in anything requiring ethics?"
