Brewer Pushes Back Against Human Rights Report
Monday, August 30, 2010 at 8:35 am
Already the front-runner in the Arizona gubernatorial race, Gov. Jan Brewer continued to stake out her anti-Obama administration position on immigration Friday with a sternly-worded letter to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Brewer’s beef was with a report to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. As part of a 29-page summary of the state of human rights in the U.S., the report mentions concerns over Arizona’s disputed SB 1070 immigration law:
A recent Arizona law, S.B. 1070, has generated significant attention and debate at home and around the world. The issue is being addressed in a court action that argues that the federal government has the authority to set and enforce immigration law. That action is ongoing; parts of the law are currently enjoined.
In her Friday letter to Clinton, Brewer demanded the State Department remove the paragraph in SB 1070, calling the inclusion of the law “downright offensive” because SB 1070 includes provisions for human rights. She also argued the administration should secure the border to prevent high death rates of border crossers.
As Brewer moves closer to the gubernatorial election in November, her tough stance on immigration will make her hard to beat, experts told the Associated Press this weekend. Her opponent, Democrat Terry Goddard, must combat Brewer’s growing notoriety and newfound popularity. Brewer took over as governor after Gov. Janet Napolitano (D) left to join the Obama administration, but saw a boost in her approval ratings after she signed SB 1070.
An Aug. 25 poll put Brewer’s approval rating among Arizona voters above Obama’s. While 65 percent of Arizonans said they approved of Brewer, only 39 percent approved of Obama.

According to the United Nations, “Declaration on the Human Rights of Individuals Who are not Nationals of the Country in which They Live” (13 Dec 1985), aliens do not have a human right to be in the USA.
Aliens in the USA do not have US civil rights, they only can have civil rights in the country of their nationality.
Aliens in the US have human rights.
Aliens in the US have a human right to leave the US.
Aliens in the US do not have a human right to be here without permission of the US Attorney General.
What are immigrant rights?

So we as the American people should adamantly ask, when is the defense of our country from the illegal immigration invasion or from criminals or certainly terrorists–too expensive? The success of fences was shaped after the original construction in San Diego, California, and has been remarkable in cutting back of illegal aliens in a 50 mile huge swath of open land. Deploying a small token force of National Guardsman along the border as observers, will be a hapless waste of money. There is absolutely no deterrent, if nor armed? Amongst foreign workers coming to our nation are disparate people, who kill without a conscious? .THE REAL DOUBLE FENCE IS WHAT SHOULD BE DEMANDED AND PLACED ON A PRIORITY LIST.
SO I ASK ONCE AGAIN, WHEN IS PROTECTION OF INNOCENT AMERICANS BECOME TOO EXPENSIVE? AFTER ALL WHO PAYS FOR IT ALL? TAXPAYERS! If the border region that cuts across California, Arizona, New Mexico, could have likely have saved thousands of lives? Even the original 2006 secure fence act of one fence is still not complete. Many hundreds of miles have no real barrier at all, just rusting fence posts adorned with drooping barbed wire. IN OTHER WORDS THOSE IN WASHINGTON TODAY AND YESTERDAY CARE NOTHING FOR THE SAFETY OF LANDOWNERS SCATTERED IN OPEN RANGE ALONG THE BORDER, OR HAVE BEEN INTIMIDATED BY THE OPEN BORDER-FREE TRADE ZEALOTS. Americans should also wake up to the possibility of THE UNITED NATIONS poking their foreign noses into our countries internal problems? When does the UN have an overwrite our own sacred document called the US Constitution? When can the UN say anything about human rights, when their own Secretary General Kofi Annan to admit that U.N. peacekeepers and staff have sexually abused or exploited war refugees in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2005?
A large margin of Americans cannot blame Arizona’s Governor Brewer or State Senator Peirce for not trying to protect its own state inhabitants from the illegal alien invasion, costs of welfare using whatever laws are available to them; including SB1070. Then again we cannot blame numerous state Representatives on tweaking the 14th Amendment for instant baby citizenship, that is also costing billions of dollars in welfare programs. If the courts finally approve Arizona's SB 1070 law and can go ahead with policing penalties the real evacuation will begin. Hundreds of thousands of illegal households will depart for other defenseless states already inundated with their share of foreign nationals, including Virginia.Perhaps then–Sanctuary States–like California will uphold federal law, when their suffering welfare system starts to sparks out and the taxpayers will demand to the Sacramento assembly pandering to these people.Just by the federal government mandating the E-Verify program for every workers, illegal labor will find no work and pack up different states and leave.
This should cause a firestorm in many other states who are already submerging under a adverse financial impact of foreign workers and their households. After departure of multitudes of these illegal individuals, wages will rise and legitimate immigrants and citizens will locate more employment. BLAME THE LIBERAL DEMOCRATS AND A SMALL MINORITY OF REPUBLICANS, FOR THE CHAOS CAUSED BY NOT CONSTRUCTING THE DOUBLE FENCING? We have billions to spend on wars abroad, but Sen. Harry Reid(D-NV), Texas Republican Sens. Kay Bailey Hutchison and John Cornyn are also to blame for discarding the second fence, which if completed would have been topped with ugly razor wire. This is truly “Cause and Effect” by eliminating the second border fence, is why we still have mass volumes of people entering America. This unceasing issue of this chaos is the government having failed to seal the border.
Now Immigration Czar John Morton has decided to allow ICE to deport serious criminal offenders, instead of–ALL–illegal aliens, which to most Americans is a “De Facto” Amnesty. As that means Catch & Release” is back on the rails, with thousands are out– and–about, taking jobs and lowering wages. A COUNTRY WITH ALL THE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE CANNOT CLOSE THE BORDER? THIS IS A INSULT TO ALL CITIZENS AND LEGAL RESIDENTS? EVERY INCUMBENT, CAREER LAWMAKER WHO HAS A DISMAL IMMIGRATION RECORD, BEGINNING WITH SEN. HARRY REID AND HIS CZARS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THEIR SEAT IN WASHINGTON. THIS ASYLUM IN WASHINGTON NEEDS A CHANGE OF GUARDS? JOIN NumbersUSA AND AID IN FIGHTING AGAINST AMNESTY OR ASTRONOMICAL COSTS FROM THIS INVASION.
On our soil are poor people from other countries, depleting our welfare for Americans and residents. Are you Sick & Tired of this travesty? Tell your Representative in Washington at 202-224-3121 and State level officials. Remember illegal aliens could have voted in the midterm elections? The Obama administration has shown its true colors, that illegal immigration is a great way to accumulate votes in the future by pacifying large minority groups.

While the federal government may have original jurisdiction to enforce federal immigration laws, and declare war, the federal government does not have exclusive jurisdiction to enforce federal immigration laws; and states are requested and encouraged — under laws enacted by Congress — to assist the enforcement of federal immigration laws. US States are encouraged to engage in war, if invaded.

The whole world has joined the fight in opposition to the fascism establishments in Arizona, like the Nazis during WWII the defeat of the new Confederates in Arizona is imminent now that the Allies are reunited once more to trounce over the Brewer-Pearce SB-1070 and HB-2281 fascist laws and bring Sheriff Arpaio to justice for his crimes against humanity. We the People of the United States binding by our US Constitution and the United Nations protecting human rights around world won’t let Politicians sympathizing with Nazi Socialist gangs pursue their fascist agenda, no joke or satire here, because there is an actual Nazi Socialist Movement (NSM) currently infiltrated in the Arizona’s Government and look for Arizona State Senator Russel Pearce the Politian behind SB-1070 fascist law who was found associated with the NSM gang Leader J.T Ready, please take a look of the breaking news at the Huffington Post. Moreover, take a look of Arizona Governor Jan Brewer political career, she is not an elected official she was appointed so she is using SB-1070 and HB-2281 fascist laws as a Political tools for the next elections. Furthermore, look at Sheriff Joe Arpaio, probably the most vile, corrupt, abusive excuse for a public official in Arizona history, possibly American history. Arpaio is under investigation by a variety of federal and state authorities for civil rights and human rights violations, mismanagement of taxpayer funds, and abuse of power. With only a small fraction of the inmate population in USA, Arpaio has had 50 times as many lawsuits at Tax dollar expense as the New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Houston jail systems combined for serious abuses and gross negligence resulting in death and severe injury to inmates, who were denied needed medications, locked into unventilated outdoor cells in the middle of summer in poorly ventilated shacks in temperatures exceeding 120 degrees, or subjected to rampant MRSA infections, including several who were elderly, mentally ill, physically handicapped, or otherwise extremely vulnerable people, even pregnant (Arpaio forced a woman to give birth shackled), many of Arpaio’s inmates are merely awaiting a hearing or trial and therefore presumed to be (and in several cases, proven to be) innocent and all of them as much God’s children as any one of us to deserve torture. After seven years of litigation, a federal judge ruled in October 2008 that Sheriff Arpaio and county health officials “violated the Constitution by depriving jail inmates of adequate medical screening and care, feeding them unhealthy food and housing them in unsanitary conditions.” As of the ruling, Maricopa County had paid “up to $43 million, according to local news media, as a result of lawsuits alleging deaths, injury, mistreatment and other claims in the jails” during Arpaio’s time as sheriff. Arpaio is also in open conflict and dealing with active lawsuits with most of the city governments and police forces within the county (for violating jurisdictions and interfering with city-based law enforcement, as well as creating significant public safety hazards during his immigration raids and/or when trying to serve warrants with the help of SWAT teams) and with his own county commissioners (for abuse of power and gross mismanagement of funds). A U.S. Department of Labor Investigation concluded that Sheriff Arpaio failed to pay $2 million of overtime pay to his employees. The Phoenix New Times reported, “Since August, 2009, the Department of Labor had been investigating whether Arpaio was illegally, and systematically, refusing to compensate detention officers for overtime. It appears that was, in fact, the case: Thanks to Labor's intervention, the county will be forced to make good with a total of 1,900 detention officers. They'll receive back pay for the work in their next paycheck, Smith said.” Arpaio’s department actually has a pretty terrible record on doing what it’s actually supposed to do: responding to calls, enforcing laws, investigating crimes, and ensuring public safety in the unincorporated areas of Maricopa County (city police departments have jurisdiction in most of the populated areas of the county), and transporting prisoners and serving warrants throughout the Maricopa county. Mayor Phil Gordon says that Arpaio have created a sanctuary county for felons stating: “ Arpaio have 40,000 felony warrants stacked on his desk. Why not go after the real criminals and actively serve outstanding arrest warrants, which local agencies see as a county obligation and responsibility?” Arpaio regularly uses smear campaigns, intimidation, baseless investigations, and even unwarranted arrests to harass, intimidate, and retaliate against his critics and political opponents, and he has lost numerous lawsuits on this count as well (all, again, at taxpayer expense). The website of Phoenix TV station KPHO reported: ”The FBI is looking into accusations that Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is using his position to settle political vendettas.” In March 2009, the Arizona Republic reported that “The U.S. Justice Department has launched a civil-rights investigation of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office after months of mounting complaints that deputies are discriminating in their enforcement of federal immigration laws.” The official complaints which brought about the investigation, “said Arpaio had exceeded the limits of a federal program that gives local police federal immigration-enforcement powers by ordering deputies to ‘scour’ Latino neighborhoods looking for illegal immigrants based on skin color.” Arpaio is suspected of misspending $50M in Taxpayer funds, after Arpaio refused to turn over financial documents to Maricopa County supervisors or attend a county board meeting on concerns over his budget, the board voted to freeze some of his funds until it could investigate his misspending. According to the Arizona Republic: “The board wants the records to help set Arpaio's budget but also believes he may be misspending or misusing public funds, though to what extent is uncertain. Officials suggested there are ‘substantial problems’ with transactions from at least one fund that may need to be paid back.” Some feared Arpaio had overspent up to $50 million. Meanwhile Arpaio was denied budget also in view of pending indictments from the U.S. Justice Department and the FBI investigations.
