‘Don’t Go Around With This Attitude’

"You did a disservice to the soldiers of this nation," Sen. Jack Reed, a West Point graduate, practically yelled at Haynes. Pointing his finger at Haynes, who said that he did what he did to protect U.S. troops, a very angry Reed told Haynes that he denied U.S. troops the bright lines of Geneva in favor of unclear guidance that could get them arrested. "Don’t go around with this attitude" that you’re speaking in the name of U.S. service personnel.
