BP Alters Photograph of Command Center

BP is facing some criticism for apparently altering a photograph of its Houston “crisis room” used on its website to promote the company’s oil spill recovery efforts.
John Aravosis at Americablog.com discovered a number of discrepancies in a photograph on BP’s site yesterday and The Washington Post followed up with a story this morning.
A BP spokesman, in a response to the Post, said the photographer had made the alterations and added that the photograph would be replaced with the original.
