The NYT seems pretty hypocritical. This story was hinted at in the beginning of the year, and they've probably been sitting on it until a month before we go to the polls, when it could hurt him, or rather help Obama. And they're saying McCain is influenced?

This guy Abramoff was a slime. Who cares how he went down. He went down. Wikipedia shows his emails where he called native Americans 'monkeys'. Good riddance.

Obama used to gamble weekly with lobbyists in illinois. Why isn't anyone going after that?

As a registered Dem I am certainly disappointed in the attack tactics of the Obama camp. Pick on McCain for not being a good choice, being a bit unstable, but to pick on his sporting choices? Rediculous. As rediculous as pretending that Barrack does not have his own set of lobbyists waiting in line to push their special interests.

Obama, fire your PR crew, they are hurting you.
