Behold, Mark Levin’s Anti-Health Care Reform Lawsuit

Someone ought to challenge Levin, Bachman, etc to a friendly wager as to whether or not the courts will find the current health care reform constitutional after challenges based on the use of reconciliation, the use of deem-and-pass, or the 10th amendment. Something tells me that you wouldn't find many takers on the bet from the people shouting that this is surely unconstitutional.

InTrade should have a contract as to whether or not the healthcare bill that's passed is struck down in whole or in part on constitutional grounds. Put your money where your mouth is.

No mention of Public Citizen…? Telling.

Can you blame them though? They don't have a leg to stand on and they know it. That's why they tried to brush aside the Marshall Field ruling and say that it doesn't apply, knowing full well that it controls and precludes the review they seek.

Levin's listeners are idiots who believe any bs that he screams at them. The judges who'll hear this waste of a case are not and will dismiss this mess with the same swiftness with which it was filed.

Maybe Jane Hamsher will add her name with Levin?

Can ANYONE here HONESTLY say they approve of the behind closed doors, bribing, attempts to find a way, ANY WAY, to pass this bill that the majority of AMERICAN CITIZENS DO NOT WANT? I dont care what the bill is, the dirty politics in this whole process does not look good for the America that we have a constitution in place to protect. What is next? Is everything ok to you people? Why even have a constitution if we are going to have people so FLAGRENTLY disregard it? We the people will speak LOUDLY in November and we WILL take our country back!!!!!!
