RNC Poll: ‘Backroom Deals’ Are Least Popular Aspect of Health Care Reform
Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 6:39 pm
I noticed in Massachusetts that the idea of “backroom deals” and horse-trading to bring on extra votes in the Senate — to get the bill to 60 — was far more unpopular than any aspect of the bill itself. An internal RNC poll, released to the press this afternoon, backs that up. By far, senators who make “backroom deals” are less popular than senators who merely support health care reform.

So the RNC is saying their most popular marketing tactic to date for killing HCR has been accusing Democrats of making 'backroom deals' as part of HCR.
I find it laughable they're still selling the whole '60 vote' meme, considering that the Senate ALREADY PASSED HCR!!! But never let the facts stand in the way of a good political argument.

Why are you even talking about this? As if the opinion of the general public regarding “backroom deals” is remotely relevant to anything. Go choke on Rand Paul's dick, virgin.
