Adam Gadahn, the California metalhead (really!) who became al-Qaeda’s first American citizen recruit, has been apprehended in Pakistan. In 2006, the Bush Justice Department indicted Gadahn on charges of treason. But since then, a Democrat has been elected to the White House, and a principal knock on him from the right is that he cares more about the law than he does national security. So: How long will it be for a Republican critic of President Obama to suddenly discover that the Bush administration made a mistake by charging Gadahn in a civilian court?
Update: Alas, The New York Times reports that initial accounts of Gadahn’s arrest are incorrect, and the al-Qaeda figure the Pakistanis apprehended was ” Abu Yahya Mujahdeen al-Adam, who was described as having been born in Pennsylvania.” So. Will he be handed to the U.S. at all; and if so, what will be his legal fate?

Adam Pearlman is a Jewish terrorist.

Adam Pearlman is not a “Jewish terrorist”; he's one very confused asshole — half-Jewish, raised as a Christian (perhaps that's where he got his terrorist leanings from), converted to Islam… All that's missing is Buddhism with a touch of Shinto, to make him a truly inter religious nut.

It doesn't matter what Justice wants, or justice dictates, the President will override Mr. Holder if it is politically unpopular to try anyone in a REAL court.
If the Republicans cry everyone, ANYONE, will be tried in a kangaroo Military Commission where we can be sure of finding anyone guilty if we want to find them guilty and don't have the evidence to find the legally guilty.

Why do you REFUSE to see the TRUTH?

Adam Pearlman was living with his Jewish grandfather when his alleged conversion occurred!
American Jews have been involved in many Front Organizations, including the funding of the American Nazi Party in the 1930s.
At a Nazi Rally at MSG in NYC – most of the attendees were Jews.
Jewish organizations are notorious for trying to “Create A Bogeyman” to then claim persecution.
Also, “Anti-Semitism” can refer to Arabs. Arabs are Semites as well.
Maybe you need to study some more…
