Charles Lincoln and Orly Taitz: A Love That Will Never Die

By
Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 12:59 pm

I didn’t think that the quarrel between Orly Taitz and her former law clerk and (he claims) lover Charles Lincoln could get any stranger. Via Alex Pareene, it has. Here, in full, is a lengthy love letter that Lincoln sent to Taitz in the midst of their falling-out.

As I told you a thousand times if I told you once: you had re-awakened in my heart, body, and soul a hunger that I had allowed to die, a hunger for life and love and a woman’s companionship and touch. Without your voice, without your touch, without the feel of your beautiful smooth pale “blue-blooded” skin and the brightness of your eyes like bright flickering candles, ORLY, my life has gone dark indeed—very dark. I sit alone in the dark at night and miss you.  I wake up in the mornings and wish you were coming through the door again as you did so many amazing mornings here.  I want to hear you say you love me again, even if you say it in the softest whisper like you used to.

I am a total wreck without you (physically, emotionally, and yes, financially and professionally). And even if I hadn’t gotten sick, I couldn’t have faced you at court on Wednesday.  Do you really want me to get that strength?  I miss you too much, I love you too much, I need you too, too much.  And really and truly, I need you in court even more than I need you in bed or in my life generally.  I just need YOU Orly.

There’s a lot here, the most, uh, newsworthy of which are Lincoln’s accusations concerning Taitz’s shoddy legal work and penchant for crazy and baseless claims.

Somehow, somewhere, there are lawyers who will help me, but my association with you has tainted me for life, especially if this is the last chapter, if you dump me here after making my name almost inextricably intertwined with yours.  Is this fair?  I am tarnished by you forever when you promised to build me up?  When you promised you would do everything you could to build up my life again?  Why are you deserting me this way after building up my hopes so very much?

Lincoln also accuses Taitz of setting up lodging for him, and possibly even picking her cases, in order to continue their affair.

You promised me a free place to live and free medical care so long as I lived in Rancho Santa Margarita and would be your “boy toy” even though I resisted that, and said you should tell your husband about us, and that I preferred to live by the beach in San Clemente….which at 20 minutes is not that far from Rancho Santa Margarita except in the very worst of traffic jams. You promised in particular first to protect, then to save, and finally to recover my house at 4 Via Corbina only in part because you wanted it to be our long-term “love nest”—4-5 minutes away from your office, again depending on traffic.

January 12, 2010, Broward County Florida. A judge has just ordered Orly and Charles to appear in a hearing to determine what sort of shensnigans went on in the Rivernider case. (A real estate case that Chuck sucked Orly into and where Orly bailed then ratted Chuck out for forging her signature on a legal document)

“Oh the tangled web we weave when we first practice to deceive.” They were trying to deceive Oily's husband as well as those who believed in and supported Oily's cause. They are paying for it. I was almost starting to feel sorry for Lincoln until he got to the part of calling the president a usurper. Now he can get tossed out with the trash. I think he belongs there. When you screw around with a married person you can expect that you will either be hurt or will hurt others so it is hard to feel sympathy. There is always a spouse that is being cheated on and that is so wrong. You have this crazy blonde bimbo clamoring about what Obama has done all the while she is rolling in the hay with another man- not her husband. I don't see where she has much room to talk. Sure haven't been hearing as much from her lately! Can you say hallelujah?

Don't these folks support the Family Values party?
Is it just me, or are these people (from Sen Ensign to Gingrich to Palin) so shameless that they are utterly impervious to charges of hypocrisy?
Bible in one hand and s&m gear in the other. They're all so…sleazy, and the outrageous part is how they claim that their ideology is INHERENTLY morally superior.

I have no sympathies for Chuckles at all. He is a scumbag ex-lawyer who is is running his con man scams all over the country.

Come January 12, he's going to be heading back to jail where he belongs.

Let's not forget Sanford and then of course the pastors like whats his name who liked male prostitutes and meth and the ones who live like kings and queens on the dollars they exhort from their followers (like my mom who barely had the proverbial pot to pee in and still sent them money) who don't live quite so well. They all proclaim their Family Values and want to force us all to live under their belief system. And there seems to be more of them who violate the very vows they say are so important. The Party of Hypocrites.

You aren't kidding. This is a little off-topic, but how about the Vatican, threatening to pull their charities in D.C.? First Amendment, anyone?
Ensign's no surprise, because Nevada has so much of the “good ol' boy” thing going on (north and south), that I think most Nevadans won't even bat an eyelash over HIS transgressions.

I get a chuckle every time they proclaim that droves are flocking to their cause.

I've been saying that for years. And fighting it whenever I can. I think because God is mentioned in our laws and Constitution, it's something they wrangled out of it. Of course, we are becoming more and more secular, so the idea of special status is becoming a bit of a thorn in our sides, now.
Still, religion has it's place, just not in politics.

It should still be revoked, though.

According to user Oncewasabc, looks like there are a lot fewer birthers here than first appears. Turns out that the following handles are used by the same person to spew their idiocy:

GunnyRed
KitKat
Berftard4Life
M.O.
RPaulMD
Red Graham
HRCin2012
AndNowThis
MakethePieHigher
RedGrahm
reddgrahem
JWilkins
BillyBob
Keyes4Prez
ReddGraeme
Ishmael
Palin4Prez
RedGraham

Based on the number of times that “Red” and “Graham” appear in some form, I'd say that's most likely to be this charming individual's favored use name. Any way you slice it, though, this is someone who is likely a) unemployed, b) not particularly well educated, c) stubborn, and d) wrong.

Have fun, everyone.

I've spent time on other blog sites pounding on her with the “Asian thing”. As long as she's in the spotlight, I'll be there. When you speak of her, add racist to her resume'.

So don't feel blue! there's plenty of crackpots left!

It doesn't “eat at” me that Obama is almost half-black. We are long overdue for an ethnic minority president. In fact I was proud of my country when the formerly pro-slavery party of Klansman Byrd & Al Gore's father made Obama the Democratic nominee. I once voted for a blackman, Alan Keyes, for president and would have gladly voted for Colin Powell or Condi Rice if they got the GOP nomination.
It doesn't eat at me that BHO was elected in large part to voter fraud. FDR & JFK benefited from voter fraud as well. And it really doesn't eat at me that Obama is a Moslem and a socialist. Our First Amendement gives us all Freedom OF Religion and I suffered through eight years of that liberal draft-dodger Clinton.
The thing that eats at me is that former ambassador and presidential candidate Alan Keyes is called “crazy” and “a sore loser” for simply pointing out the fact that Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore ineligible to even run for president. Keyes has no reason to lie about this and has a reputation of honesty. Obama(if that is his real name) is a known liar and has all the reason in the world to conceal his true citizenship.
I expect Democrats to go along with this facade but am very disappointed in congressional Republicans for not making hay of this issue. Thank God there are selfless people like Phillip Berg, Orly Taitz, and many others who will continue to press for the truth. The original Birth Certificate and release of Obama's college records would put a halt to birther's claims.
