At any rate it at least shows JSOC like the CIA doesn't always have control over the bad actors they set in motion. Hundreds, perhaps thousands of low level Taliban foot soldiers who had surrendered to U.S. allied Warlords at the beginning of the war were executed and buried in mass graves.
