You do realize that the most expensive ethics complaint was the one Palin filed against herself? Do a little independent investigation sometime - you'll learn more than just what ClusterFOX and Rush feed you every day.

What "executive experience" has Sarah Palin gained outside of government?

Are you aware that she used abortion as a "wedge issue" in her mayoral race and conducted a "whisper campaign" against the incumbent mayor, who was Lutheran, insinuating that he was not really a Christian and possibly even -- gasp -- Jewish because he had a name common to Jews?

At least you do admit that she had a failed term as governor. Yes, she served a PARTIAL TERM of 2.5 years and will forever be known as a QUITTER. Couldn't take the heat in a state of 600,000 people. How could she possibly handle a nation of 300 million?

How many votes does Carly Fiorina lose if Sarah Palin's comes to her side?

She is selling herself as a successful manager in hight tech -- Debatable, I know. This is incompatible with the "I am as dumb as you" line which supposedly makes up a big chunk of Sarah Palin's appeal.

I just don't think creationism and Obama's birth certificate can make a senator in California. Could I be wrong?

Fiornia was dumped by HP because she did a lousy job -- and then they gave her a HUGE separation package (read: truckloads of money). So why in the world is she running for office? You don't suppose her ego is damaged from a poor stint at HP and now she's looking for something to boost herself up again, do you? Seems pretty likely and not much of a reason for the public to support her. She screwed up at HP and has a lot of money. It would be really, really nice if she sat down and shut up and then went shopping. That would be 'doing something for her country".

"Energy expert?" That's rich. What does it take for one to become an "energy expert," anyways? One might be prone to think it would be a person who's spent many, many years of diligent research and study of the methods of sourcing and delivery of such, and ramifications thereof. But not in the new, improved, create-your-own-reality world that we inhabit now – if the chyron labels you an “expert,” voila, expert you are. Research, methodology, intellectual rigour? Bah, meaningless accoutrements, merely burdening Palin’s inestimable brilliance, suited for the dustbin, or worse, libruls.

And could someone please define the usage of this vacuous phrase “executive experience?” It seems shorthand for “haven’t really done much of note but need filler for the curriculum vitae.” I once had a paper route when I was twelve, I was my own boss and used my executive powers to cajole younger siblings and neighborhood kids to do the route for me. Apparently this prepared me for higher office though I was not aware at the time. Unfortunately Palin’s experience and knowledge are insufficient even for the office of local canine warden as her charges would routinely outwit her, however inexplicably this becomes an endearing quality for many folks. By that standard, Carly has a great deal of “experience” however one risks conflating quantity with quality. Working with a number of ex-HP’ers, the unanimous verdict on her “executive experience” is that it was uniformly shoddy, a condition certain to be replicated from the Governor’s office should such a thing come to pass. In this, she most assuredly shares Palin’s “values.”
