Actually, Letterman meant the joke about the older daughter, but failed to check that she was the one at the ballpark. His error, but not his intent to talk about the 13-yr-old. But someone like you, who thinks an error like invading Iraq was 'just fine,' because 'they attacked us,' when, of course, they didn't, well, that's OK. There is a cost for making errors. A small cost for a small error — Letterman had to apologize that he got the wrong daughter in his joke — but we're all paying the large cost for Bush's errors, and the Palin-drones and tea-baggers just don't apologize, because they don't see that they were and are wrong. When such delusions become institutionalized in a political movement, there is really no dialogue possible. It's like putting lipstick on that famous pig; it doesn't make the pig smell any better, and it annoys him, too.

So, Palin-drone, don't go away mad; just go away.

Careful: the only evidence ACORN *was* involved is someone's say-so.

In fact, not only does Hoffman offer no evidence, he doesn't even give a well-defined accusation for what, exactly, ACORN supposedly did that rigged the final tally. It sounds like he's alleging mischief on the part of the election workers. Which ones?

The way chain of custody works in an election, you can't just make a vague allegation that paper ballots in a precinct were altered; that amounts to an accusation against specific election workers who had access to the ballots. So which little old lady is he accusing and in what precinct?

Seems to me that someone named Hananova might be a little bit wary of complaining about illegal immigrants. If you draw too much attention to yourself, you might have not just the migra knocking on your door, but the FBI as well. They don't take too kindly to the things the Russian Mafia is doing in this country. They might want to know more about your “business” activities. Just saying.
