1. The United States participates in Joint US, Kenyan, Ethiopian border operations.

2. The United states has agreements with at least 3 African Countries where they can take prisoners in secret in the case of extraordinary rendition.

3. The United States FBI when interrogating renditioned prisoners threaten their renditioned prisoners with torture, forced disappearance and execution. Without having any crime to link the renditioned prisoner to, or even knowledge that a crime may have been committed.

4. United States officials keep it secret when they know that a foreign government holds an American Citizen in one of their jails. They did it in Kenya, one can assume that this is not the first nor will it likely be the last case in which they do this.

5. The United States Government apparently has an agreement with the government of Israel, whereby they can send renditioned prisoners to Israel to make them disappear, or be executed privately. And apparently FBI agents working in the field are privy to this information.

6. United States consular officials will not report illegally renditioned United States Citizens, if the prisoner is moved out of the country that they are working in.

7. The United States government has secret rendition agreements with Somalia.

8. The United States government has secret rendition agreements with Ethiopia.

9. Renditioned prisoners are not fed food that could be considered balance or healthy. They are also quartered in conditions that an american citizen would be arrested by animal protection officials in the United States, if we tried to keep our family dog in.

These facts have been posted publicly in this news story. So they should not be able to to claim now that these facts are a state secret. And these facts now in the public domain should not qualify as state secrets anymore. And I believe the victim in this case of FBI wrong-doing deserves his day in court, and to be made whole.
