You see billboards everywhere that say something to the effect of &quot;Most of your energy comes from coal. You can&#039;t live without it&quot;. We have to be willing to change if we are going to make any kind of progress on the environmental front. We need to start listening to the scientists and experts in these fields, and stop listening to the Office of Budget and Management, and other purely political voices.</description>
