Just found out that since I exhausted my benefits on Sept 19, I will not be paid for those weeks from then to November 6th. That means my landlord will now start the eviction process.

Thanks for considering my situation when you drafted this bill. How many others are in the same boat and were waiting for the back payments?

I just got served by my LL today and have a court date nxt week. I exhausted my benefits 6 weeks ago. These AH's have effectively caused me to become homeless with their posturing, BS and pontificating. I have no fall back at all at this point and am looking for a nice comfortable viaduct to spend the winter in Chicago under. I hope they are all satisfied and have a wonderful Holiday Season.

So maybe this just wasnt a Republican game the Harry Reid didnt call for closure until a month and election day passed , because “he wanted to be fair” FAIR Mr. Reid should have thought about the people who ran out of money and couldnt cover food and rent now maybe thinking of them instead of politics would have met the definition of fair more accurately

they already agree on this so your article is old news stay up mann , they are gonna have a final vote from the senate on this wed if the 30 hr cooling period is waved or thursday nov 5 2009 so thats what this looks like now it should be quick with the house if they get it friday look for this to be a law by sunday to a week from today at the latest …
