NY-23: That Doesn’t Sound Like Optimism

An early spin email goes out from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee:

Last time a Democrat held NY-23 – 1871

Last time a Republican held CA-10 – 1996

Hard not to think that the Democratic committee is more optimistic about one than the other.
