systematically aided? the videos implied this was possible and raised some questions, but they didn't prove anything. So no, the videos are not evidence. If ACORN's activities had been monitored by undercover police or detectives for a period of time, this could be proven either way, but that's not what happened. You can't call it systemic without evidence. As I recall all but a couple of the Acorn offices booted the video makers straight to the curb, which would indicate this could have happened at a few isolated locations – possibly problematic, but hardly systemic…

Also, Working Families is the labor unions party, which includes lots of labor unions, not just Acorn. Acorn is part of the labor unions party because they support labor unions, obviously. There would still be a labor unions agenda with or without Acorn. And most of what Acorn does has nothing to do with the interests of labor unions, and very few of Acorn's members belong to labor unions. What they have in common is that they are both trying to help the poor and working classes.

Heaven forbid the GOP should do anything for the working poor, or to prevent jobs from being shipped overseas. These are not left-wing issues – it's just that the GOP doesn't have any answers.

systematically aided? the videos implied this was possible but did not prove anything. they didn't even file paperwork in the videos. if ACORN's activities had been monitored undercover, this could be proven, but since there is no proof you can't go any further than to say it was assumed possible but unproven. The only proof in the videos is wiretap law violations by the makers of the video.
