		<description>When one stops and counts the number of Bush holdovers in so many important posts this should be amended yet again. Just the fact that Jay Bybee still has his lifetime appointment to the Bench after being the author of the infamous Bybee Torture Memos, what many call the first attempt at protecting the Torturers and those that gave the orders.  I&#039;m truly amazed the Bybee, who should not even think about travel outside the States, still holds such a prestigious position in our gov.</description>
