You can tell who the left (or the right, for that matter) fear the most just by watching who they choose to demonize. If Palin and Bachman and “Faux” news are so unworthy of serious consideration, why are they so front-and-center on the minds of the Kos, Huffpo, MSNBC, NY Times? I don't know what the story is or will be for Palin, but her list of enemies tells me she's got something going on.

Joe ( Chuck ) Scarborough is a saner version of Glen Beck.
To watch him on TV you must slant your head to the right.
Not one show can end without him saying something about
his “when I was in office” crap. He defends the GOP and has on many “puppets” as guests that agree with his views. I am sure he
can find a home on “Faux” news, which is much better suited to him.
He is such a phony he doesn't even use his real name.He's no Joe.

It's the strangest thing: I'm seeing and hearing more from Dick Cheney now than when he was Vice President --- apparently hiding under his desk in some secret bunker.

There are those who buy into his revisionist BS. But unfortunately, the circumstances --- the lies and deceptions --- are too fresh in our minds to be obscured by a rewriting of the worst administration in recent history.

Dubya, while being incompetent, would be a fun guy to hang out with. Watch a football game and have a beer.

On the otherhand, Cheney is vile and evil. Yet, those who have ears, but refuse to hear the truth, and eyes, but refuse to see, buy into his BS.

But it really doesn't matter. The Republicans are rutterless and destined to reside on the margins as they look to Cheney, Hannity, Beck, Coulter and Limbaugh for direction.

Actually if you look at the NBC News/Wall Street Journal Poll from June it comes out tied at net -22. Pelosi in June was 24% positive 46% negative. The net -17 figure is from September. If you give any weight to the Very/Somewhat scores Pelosi had a lower approval rating, since her Very Positive score was 5% compared to Cheney's 10% and her Very Negative score was 34% compared to his 30%.

Palin isnt hated so much as seen a bad joke. I think in another 6 months more will feel sorry for her than actually hate her. Shes a Liz Dole with a c-average and only a 1 page resume.

Bachman is just a figment of Faux News. She really doesnt do much. Shes basically a Coulter or a Malkin with a lower IQ and a congressional office.

You're probably correct that Rahl isn't representative, at least I'd like to believe that's true. So, how about Sarah Palin? I'd estimate she's hated by Liberals more than Pelosi is hated by Conservatives. Add Michelle Bachman to the list too.
