Poll: GOP Congressional Approval Falls to Record Low

A new Pew Research Poll with some good news for Republicans also includes this data:

[J]ob approval ratings for Democratic leaders in Congress have plummeted, from 47% in March to 33% currently. Approval ratings for Republican congressional leaders now stand at 24%, which is down slightly from March (28%). This is the lowest approval measure for GOP leaders in 15 years of Pew Research Center surveys.

Obviously, being nine points less popular than the Democrats is better than being 19 points less popular. But here’s another example of how the Republican offensive is not leading to zero-sum gains on the Democrats. It’s turning voters off. The hope for party strategists is that next year’s electorate simply contains more angry Republicans and fewer disappointed Democrats.

I think the do nothing GOP is going to be very disappointed in the 2010 elections. This reactionary political ideology of the oobstructionist party of NO will not win elections, the public is tired of their trying to block all legislation. Since the introduction of right wing hate radio our country has split into two camps. The sheep that follow the garbage that comes from the right wing shock jocks have become cult like in their regurgitation of the days Republican talking points. You can travel coast to coast and hear every one spewing the same points for the day. Then talk to any of the sheep that follow these political propogandists on the street that day and you will hear a repeat of what you heard on the air. The tea parties were a flop, produced by shocks jocks and operatives like Dick Armey. They were not their to solve any problems, their leaders wanted them to raise hell and make a show. It showed their hate for Obama. What small people. Where were they when Bush was spending hundreds of millions on a boondoggle like the OCCUPATION of IRAQ, while the infra-structure was crumbling here in America. The GOP has become hazardous to our health. They must go the way of the Whigs then we can become a united country once again.

As long as the party of whiners keeps it's course toward the iceberg, it won't garner any seats in 2010, just lose a few. Maybe a lot. The American people are tired of obstructionism, The whiners just can't get past the fact that they LOST- handily, to the Democrats. The American people spoke, most positively, but that apparently hasn't sunk in with the whiners yet.

Their claims of American dissatisfaction with the Dems is crap. For a party that uses the Nazi theme in everything they say about the Dems, they use Goebbels' axiom alot. A little philosophical confusion? Or are they really closet commies?
