John Boehner Has Been Here Before

Spencer took on Rep. John Boehner (R-Ohio) for using the inclusion of hate crimes language as a reason to oppose the defense appropriations bill. I’m not surprised — since the Democratic takeover of Congress, Boehner has regularly argued that the defense bills coming out of their shop are not, in his words, “clean.” In the past, the reason for opposing the bills has been the inclusion of “pork,” which has an air of absurdity for anyone who sees what sort of pure defense funding actually makes it into those bills. Democrats simply haven’t been effective in calling Republicans out on this.

As an Ohioan, I thank Minnesota, South Carolina, Georgia, and Texas for making me feel better about our congressional delegation.

Opposition to war is apparently not sufficient enough of a reason to oppose funding those wars, but opposition to hate crimes laws is?
Why does Boehner hate the troops?

Bohoner has become a cry baby since the Dem's took over. All he does is whine. Ohio needs to send this guy home. He has nothing to offer the American people due to being owned by the insurance lobby. I never see the guy say anything positive about the country or Obama, Ohioans do your job and get rid of this overgrown baby,
