How many offices? How many attorneys? How large a staff in all the varied offices? From what I read about the clerk, he was in an office in the pacific northwest. That doesn't suggest he would have anything to do with anything of the presidents. Plus, the firm represents the Democratic National Committee in D.C. I have yet to read a transcript of any of these cases that showed any attorneys from a private firm being present. They have all been military or Justice Department. I have a very strong suspicion that this judge did not delegate this decision to anyone. I am pretty sure he was on top of this one. I would love to be present when he reads the accusation that he didn't do his own decision making and would allow anyone to influence him.
