While the "corruption as standard practice" business model seems pretty ubiquitous in some industries (oil comes to mind, as with so many things associated with the previous administration...), would a greater than 90% "take" be anywhere in the realm of acceptable outcomes if it were someone's profits rather than taxpayer money?<br>Add this on top of the billions that simply disappeared in Iraq, and pretty soon you're talking real money...
