		<description>Penalties for having been driven out of having health insurance because this bill makes premiums and health care costs skyrocket is truly adding insult to injury.  Note that the people who will be priced out now mostly DO have insurance.  This creates a new group unable to afford insurance, cuts medicare which right there shows how much we can depend on govt insurance, and unconstitutionally requires 300 million people to buy awful insurance crafted to shield special interests.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And they don&#039;t realize this is political suicide?</description>
