As well as the very vocal wingnut right (and their ignorant assessments of freign policy), I find J McCain often betraying a profound lack of understanding on our mideast policies and the strategies & tactics therein. I'm amazed how superficial his foreign policy 'expertise' has proven again & again. My point is that in the months ahead as issues re Pakistan, Afgh, Iran & Iraq stay to the fore I hope McCain will STFU.
