This article made me laugh so hard that I wet my pants. How can you approve millions of dollars for abstinence education when you have other more pressing problems. Maybe those millions should be meant for teaching youngsters to live a healthy life, eating healthy, doing sport... and of course, living healthy could include something about sexual education, but not about abstinence education. That's like throwing millions of dollars out of tax payers' money to the trash can...
