americanwhiner, love your name. I have recently decided “we are bubbling up” as nothing is “trickling down”. Is being a mime, a good candidate for presidency? I don't think so.

Any way you look at it McCain has a tough row to hoe because he's following behind a fellow-Republican who is perhaps the most hated man to hold the highest office. George W. Bush as done to the GOP what no Democrat could ever have - he's undermined the entire party to its very foundation.

So something good may come of his miserable years as president.
