Here is the complete text of the “action brought for damages and injunctive relief for the taping and disclosure of plaintiffs’ private conversations surreptitiously recorded by filmmakers seeking to injure ACORN.” The defendants are James O’Keefe III, Andrew Breitbart and Hannah Giles.
Giles responded to the lawsuit with the launch of her legal defense fund, run by the Liberty Legal Institute, at DefendHannah.com.
O’Keefe responded with this tweet:
