If people knew what the benefits and costs (a dime a day per person: CBO, EIA, EPA) of a carbon cap were, as opposed to just listening to Glenn Beck's scare tactics, all of these numbers would be above 70%, no matter what district you surveyed. But despite the fact that not everyone is going to be studying climate science and economics for hours, the majority of people believe that their representatives votes were good ones. That's very encouraging to me, and it should be to Democratic Senators in swing states as well (not to mention a few Republicans).
