According to the offices of the Senate majority leader and majority whip, Cass Sunstein will get a final confirmation vote sometime shortly after 3:45 p.m. Barring any unexpected delay, Sunstein will be confirmed before the start of Glenn Beck’s TV show.

Ooooh, Cass was confirmed 57-40. Dammmnnnn yoooouuuu Gllllennnnnnn Beeeeeeeeeeeecccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkk!!! Oh noes, that means Cass was actually confirmed. Oh well. Maybe next time.
