The dismissal of a civil complaint against the New Black Panther Party by the Department of Justice, something that had been roiling conservatives like Rep. Frank Wolf (R-Va.), as well as the conservative-leaning Civil Rights Commission, is the focus of a new inquiry, according to The Washington Times.

If the New Black Panthers are a legitimate concern, does that mean it is now permissible to look at caging lists and the large number of people struck from the voter rolls?
